As a product designer on the Digital Platform Payments team at JPMorgan's Corporate & Investment Bank, I collaborated with product managers, UX researchers, design system designers, and engineers to ship E2E experience for a flagship cash management platform that helps large scale corporations handle heavy transactions.

At JPMorgan, I've worked on a series of projects for JPMorgan's premiere global cash management platform for large scale businesses (82M+ DAU). Payments is the predominant sector and supports $10 trillion global transactions daily.

For 2.5 years, I spearheaded work-streams designs from ideation to hand-off with ultra-complex use cases.

This experience has taught me important skills from bridging communication between partners to leveraging user research insights to deliver impactful solutions. I am shaped into a detail-oriented designer who can think critically on macro and micro levels.
